30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase from FlowState Golf. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and include any original packaging. To start a return, contact us at flowstategolfco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please contact us before sending any item back, as return instructions will be provided by our support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders that have already entered processing or shipped may not be canceled before delivery.
